an interaction design project done in WSP seeing if we could have strangers collaborate on an activity without any set of verbal or written instructions (we had 90+ participants!).
“The Data We Inherit” is an immersive web experience that guides people to reflect on their biological, sociological, and digital inheritance. I aim to interrogate genetic data as both a scientific resource and a personal narrative, asking who controls knowledge about our bodies and how it gets categorized.
Inspired by my own experience living with a late-onset genetic disease, this project is currently in the works as my proposed thesis project for Parsons MFA DT.
